The 24-building master plan spans three phases, with the first facility scheduled to be energized in May 2026. The site is fully rezoned, permitted, and under active design and engineering.
Purpose-built for hyperscalers, the campus supports high-density AI and HPC applications, providing the scalability and computing power required to meet next-generation workloads.
