Garland AI Interference Data Center
The 18.73-acre Garland campus will offer low latency access to the region’s critical interconnects: just 13 miles from Infomart and 2323 Bryan, five miles from Digital Realty’s DFW17, and eight miles from Aligned DFW-1&2. It includes an onsite substation that will enable it to avoid the grid interconnection delays creating development bottlenecks in the region. We have designed our power and low-water cooling system to serve both current-generation Blackwell GPUs and also next generation Vera Rubin-based systems to support not just today’s server loads but the next two generations as well.
Purpose-built for hyperscalers, the campus supports high-density AI and HPC applications, providing the scalability and computing power required to meet next-generation workloads.
Power - 54 MW expanding to 70 MW
Delivery - Q4 2026 (Phase 1)
