Dr. Arguirova brings deep knowledge in data center development, data science and project management and will play a key role as the company continues its strategic nationwide growth.

In her role, Dr. Arguirova manages the company's comprehensive data center portfolio, overseeing site selection and evaluation, entitlements, and engineering, including collaborating closely with utility providers, while serving as the critical link between various stakeholders. Her passion for innovation and community development drives her work, and she enjoys leveraging her expertise to create data center solutions that produce positive outcomes for all parties.

Dr. Arguirova soon moved into the technology sector, where her strong academic foundation has fueled her career in economic development and infrastructure projects across multiple industries.

Dr. Arguirova holds a Ph.D. in Economics and Labor Markets from Université Paris-Est, a Master's degree in Applied Economics from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne, and a Bachelor's of Science degree in Finance and International Business from Oxford Brookes University.
She serves as a member of the Legislative Committee of the Texas Nuclear Alliance, reflecting her interest in alternative clean energy sources. She is also a board member of the High-Tech High Heels organization, which supports the advancement of women in technology.
